As promised, I have an incredible KEEL Vodka recipe for you! This delicious and festive cocktail was created a few weeks ago when my friend Anne told me about recipe using rum and coconut cream.
Rum is okay, but here in the Light House we love our KEEL Vodka! So, I decided to swap out the rum for KEEL… and it was AMAZING!!
The best part: It’s super easy to make and has only 3 ingredients (and that includes the ice).
The Coco Christmas:
- 2 oz. KEEL Vodka
- 3 T. coconut cream
- 6 ice cubes
What To Do:
- Put all ingredients in blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into martini glass.
- Garnish with coconut flakes or some silver sprinkles.
Tip: Double (or triple) that recipe, because this stuff goes fast!
Since we’re talking entertaining here, I also wanted to share a couple of my favorite treats to set out during the holidays.
The combo of cranberry crisps, cranberry cheddar, and cranberry pepper jelly is pure magic! If you can’t find cranberry cheddar this late in the season you can use a good white cheddar instead. If you like almonds, you have to try Marcona almonds! They’re irresistibly tasty and perfect to set out at parties.
