In case you haven’t heard, KEEL Vodka is the first “premium light spirit” on the market and has taken New England by storm! With 0 carbs and only 58 calories, KEEL is becoming a favorite among the vastly growing health conscious community. Plus, the slightly lower alcohol content and smooth drinkability allows for little to no mixers and the ability to “stay at the party longer”, as stated in this great article by Maxim.
Of course, I may be a bit biased considering my husband is part owner of the brand, but clearly I’m in good company because KEEL was preferred over the top 12 established Vodkas in a 2014 blind taste test. I’d say they’re onto something!
“72 & Sunny”, one of KEEL’s first signature cocktails, was named for my husband’s number on the Patriots and those beautiful sunny New England days. This recipe is refreshing, Light, and perfect for a summer afternoon by the water, so we served them up daily on our recent annual trip to Deruyter Lake, NY (more on that soon).
While out grabbing groceries for our stay I came across a local treat…Red Jacket NY Style Lemonade, which was perfect for the occasion!
